Cleaning and Laundry
A minimum of two sets of bed linen and towels will need to be provided by the owners.
At the end of each visit we will clean and launder all bed linen and towels. These may be laundered on the premises or taken away and returned to the property. Charges below are per property and include all bath and hand towels, bath mats and tea towels.
Prices can be agreed to launder additional items such as beach towels, sofa throws, bedspreads etc. as and when the owner requests. A full clean of the property will be done at the end of each visit/rental, and any rubbish disposed of. Balconies will be cleaned. Larger terraces may incur extra charges.

“Meet and Greet”
Guest “meet and greet” service with key handover on arrival and departure of guests. We prepare property for guest arrival, making up of beds, clean towels etc. Switching on of electrical appliances such as fridge, boiler.
Your guests will be shown around the property, shown how to lock up properly, location of fuse box and mains water supply, TV/alarm/air conditioning operation etc.

Welcome Pack
We can supply a welcome pack on request to include water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, juice, bread, eggs, ham, and cheese. This is an example and we can make up a pack to meet your requirements and will quote you accordingly.
